New
Year - New You! Is That What You Said Last Year???
With
the new year upon us, it's that time of year again. Time for new
year's resolutions. That usually means people getting focused on
health and fitness and thinking about building their dream
body. However, these are usually the same people that did
all these same things this time last year. They dreamed of
creating a new healthier and fitter version of themselves. They
may even have planned a little, purchased a gym membership,
hired a personal trainer or bought some new workout gear. BUT
did they achieve what they wanted?
Most
people don't achieve or even stick to their so-called New Year's
resolutions beyond the month of February. How about you? Did you
achieve your health and fitness related goals over the last
year? Or, are you in the exact same position you were in12
months ago? Are you planning the same way? Thinking the same
way? Thinking you are more motivated this time and will try
harder this time around? Sorry, but if you are thinking the same
way you did 12 months ago, you're going to get the same results
you've gotten over the last year. Something needs to change.
