Is the 'Athletic Body System' designed for men or women?
 

 

 

 

Both! The reality is that men and women should train and eat almost the exact same way for the best lean body results. Obviously there are some small differences, but for the most part the methods are the same. We have created two separate issues of the 'Athletic Body System' so we could address these small differences. For men we have created ABBD 'Athletic Body By Design' and for women we created ABS 'Athletic Body Sculpting'. Both systems use the same overall training approach and various training, nutrition and lifestyle principles. The individual manuals simply address the small differences that exist and address the specific objectives of each of the sexes

Your 'Athletic Body System' looks fantastic! Will It take long to read before I can start?
 

 

 

 

Well, the book is very detailed because we wanted to cram every ounce of knowledge we could into it to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals. However, we designed it to be easy to "consume" without any fluff or filler, just what you need to know in order to develop a lean body. You should be able to get through the material in just a matter of hours. We provide lots of useful analogies so you understand why we recommend doing things a certain way and to educate you so you believe in what you are doing. We've also provided plenty of pictures to help you understand the exercises and concepts right away. Soon we'll have a page totally dedicated to videos, which will make things even easier for you to understand.

Will the 'Athletic Body System' make me get bulky or too muscular?
 

 

  

The 'Athletic Body System' is not a bodybuilding program, this program is all about building a better body and depending on how much muscle you have right now, you may need or want, to add a little more muscle to enhance your overall look. The system is not based on bodybuilding routines and eating habits, so getting bulky or too muscular is not an issue when using our system. The 'Athletic Body System' is about develop a leaner and more athletically sculpted body. What you'll experience when on this system is the development of shapely and quality lean muscle that will make you the envy of almost everyone you know! 

Who was the 'Athletic Body System' developed for?

The 'Athletic Body System' is developed for anyone who wants to develop a lean and athletic looking body. That pretty much means the vast majority of people. The principles recommended with in the 'Athletic Body System' do not discriminate against any age, including those in their late teens and the more mature adult. That being said, you should always get a full physical examination from your family doctor before undergoing any type of exercise or nutrition approach.

What kind of physical shape do I need to be in before I can start using the system?

You can be in almost any kind of shape to start the 'Athletic Body System' program…the more out of shape you are, the faster and more amazing your progress will be!  We even provide a break-in routine for those who have been completely sedentary in the last few months or years. If you happen to suffer from any chronic health issues, you should of course first consult with your physician prior to starting any fitness or nutrition regime.

Can this system help me lose fat from my trouble spots ( belly, butt, or thigh fat)? 
 

 

 

ABSOLUTELY. Contrary to what some may say, you can't spot reduce fat anywhere on your body. You have to lose it from all over, that's just the way the body works. Athletes understand this and the 'Athletic Body System' utilizes several techniques to maximize this fat loss rule so that you'll also lose fat in those trouble spots, but you don't do that by zoning in on your problem areas. This is why the 'Athletic Body System' has a whole section on developing the right mindset, as you'll need to shift your mindset in order to shift the fat from your problem areas.

Is the 'Athletic Body System' designed more for burning fat or for building muscle?

Utilization of the 'Athletic Body System' will result in both, because the most efficient way to get your body lean involves maintaining what muscle you have, if not gaining a little, in order to keep your fat burning engine burning faster. If you have a hard time embracing the idea that you're going to build muscle, get over it, because the sooner you do, the sooner you'll start melting fat like a machine 24/7 which will help you develop that lean body you desperately want.

What makes the 'Athletic Body System' different than other programs available?

First off, you should understand that the 'Athletic Body System' is just that, it's a system. It is not simply a workout program, a fat loss plan or a muscle gaining program. Do I need a lot of equipment or a gym membership to take advantage of the system?

NO. You don't have to use a gym or go and buy an expensive gym membership to get results from using the 'Athletic Body System.' So if you decide to train from home, you can get good results just using just bodyweight exercises (your own body is your best training tool) and some dumbbells. That being said, if you are really serious about finally achieving your life long health and fitness goals and developing a lean and athletic looking body, you'll want to have access to resistance training equipment ( barbells, bench, kettlebells, etc.) That could mean outfitting your home with some decent equipment or joining a decent gym. If you're not willing to make a small investment in your health and fitness now, it's only a matter of time before you're going to pay for it in the long run in medical bills and prescription drugs.  Honestly, what better investment is there than the one you make in your health and fitness? 

I don’t have a full hour to train. Can I still use the program? Will it work for me?

Absolutely. It's not about how long you train for, it's all about how you maximize your training time. Training intensity is always more important than training duration. Unlike many training systems available today, we show you how to train in order to achieve the results you want using the time you have. Your workouts shouldn't be too long in the first place, keep them short, keep them intense and you'll be on your way to developing a body with a whole new level of leanness.

Will I have to adhere to a strict eating plan and count my calorie intake every day?

NO! While you most certainly can’t eat loads of junk food and expect to develop a lean body, the methods we recommend are super easy to understand and even easier to incorporate into your daily life. And while it's a good idea to understand how many approximate calories you need each day for best results, you don’t have to count calories on the 'Athletic Body System'. The best part is, you can make this part of your lifestyle forever because your body craves the foods we recommend.

Will I need to spend lots of money on supplements and fat loss pills?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Most supplements are, as we like to say, over-hyped, over-priced, over-used and most importantly for you to know, most are completely useless.
